Thriwe Consulting Pvt Ltd. ‘THRIWE’ represents a network of Partners that are interested in providing relevant offers and services to the members, and the members who are interested in receiving these offers and services. To ensure that the offers and services are relevant, we may solicit information from the members time to time. This is solely for the purpose of making the program more meaningful. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our members and their transactions. This section explains how we protect and use your information in safe, secure and responsible manner because we value your privacy.

Information Collection

We collect and use various types of information to service your accounts, save your time and money, better respond to your needs, and manage risk. Customer information shall be collected under the following categories:

(a) Personally Identifiable Information or (PII): PII refers to any information that can be used to identify you as an individual in any way. The basic registration information includes first and last name, email address, contact number, city and country. Members will need to provide ‘THRIWE’ with the basic personal identification information, wherever required, to avail of all the benefits associated with the program. This may include demographic details. Among other things this will include details on first, middle and last name, mailing address & email id.

(b) Voice Call Recordings at Contact Centre: With a view to providing the best possible service to its customers, ‘THRIWE’ will be

  • monitoring the voice calls recorded; and
  • overseeing the services furnished by the customer care executives. While doing so, ‘THRIWE’ seeks to:
    • improve customer satisfaction;
    • assure quality management and customer experience;
    • identify and analyse the patterns and the types of requests/complaints raised by customers frequently on a real time basis;
    • initiate remedial measures to prevent the reoccurrence of such complaints/issues;
    • retain a recording of the voice calls; and
    • support any transactions that take place over the phone and/or if there is a dispute.

Purposes & Usage of Collected Information

The primary purpose of collecting your information is to service your accounts, save your time and money, better respond to your needs, and manage risk. In addition, the information can be used for following purposes:

  • To share OTP (One Time Password);
  • To share communication via email and sms related to Registration, Voucher generation, Forgot Password, Service Booking details.
  • To avail of all the benefits associated with the program;
  • To provide personalized assistance
  • Better servicing of the members and preparing quarterly statements for account maintenance;
  • Making the offerings more relevant to the members and as desired by them ensuring no spam mails go through;
  • To effectively administer and fulfil our obligations under any agreement we may have with you;
  • To seek your feedback or to contact you in relation to the services offered on our website; registering your details and allocating or offering you rewards, discounts or other benefits as part of the program;
  • To respond to judicial process, or
  • In connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or portion of business; or
  • To protect against fraud, money laundering or other risks;
  • The contact information provided under program may be used to send the information but not limited to OTP, Vouchers, Booking Information, Welcome email and the Customer hereby expressly consents to receiving the same. The User may choose to Unsubscribe from communications by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided at the end of emails.

Sharing of Information

We do not provide or share information collected, with any companies other than our group companies or business partners, to market their products or complete the fulfillment of the orders/bookings. Even when we do so, these companies shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement to strictly maintain the confidentiality of the information shared and will not share the personal information any further or for purposes beyond our specific authorization.

In some situations, however, we are required to or we may provide all information we collect about you to third parties outside our group companies, as permitted by law, such as, with your consent:

  • To respond to judicial process, or
  • To consumer reporting agencies; or
  • In connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or portion of business; or
  • To protect against fraud, money laundering or other risks.

Some of the data may have to be provided to third party services for the sole purpose of implementing marketing services on behalf of ‘THRIWE’ and/or group companies and for providing customer support services like sending statements.

We may occasionally share our information with trusted third-party data processors to organize, process, clean & analyze our data to help us better understand the trends and segments within our member base. We shall use this information solely with the purpose of enhancing the value of the program for the member base and to better tailor our offers to suit your specific interests. All such third parties shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement to maintain the confidentiality of the information shared and will not share the personal information any further or for purposes beyond our specific authorization.

In case of redemption offers requiring mailing of vouchers or gift items or rewards to your mailing address, we shall have to part with your personally identifiable information to the extent required, with the redemption fulfilment vendor for delivery of orders and gift certificates. As stated before, strict compliance with a non-disclosure agreement will be sought. Such redemption vendor will not share the personally identifiable information any further or for purposes beyond our specific authorization.

Our Services may, from time to time, contain services provided by or links to and from the websites of our partner networks, service providers, financial institutions, advertisers, and affiliates (“Third Party Services”). Please note that the Third-Party Services that may be accessible through our Services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the policies or for any information that may be collected through such Third-Party Services. Please check their policies before you submit any personal data to such websites or use their services.

Change in Privacy Policy

We keep our Policy under regular review and may amend it from time to time, at our sole discretion. Any changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon publishing of the modified Policy on the App and any continuous usage of Services, following the modification will indicate acceptance of changes in Policy by you.
